Sick Weekend...Literally

Sept. 19th - Sept. 21st

Wow, this last weekend was a pretty busy and fun filled weekend for me! BUT at the same time,
I unfortunately just HAD to get sick! WTF?! of all the weekends, i get sick this last weekend.
I'm actually still a little sick, but not as bad as friday night and saturday...

Anyway, so lets start with friday night.
Me and the girlfriend went to dinner at TGI Fridays and attended the Boyz II Men Concert!
It was my 1st concert ever, and it was amazing. Boyz II Men will never get old to me.
They of course opened up with "Motownphilly" which i think was their 1st radio hit.
Then they performed some other songs from the latest independent album.
Then some motown hits from classics like marvin gaye and such.
Ahhh, there were a bunch of songs! I happened to capture a few.

Saturday 9/22

So i wake up this day and dam do i feel sick! Body was aching and everything! But that dint stop me from hittin the rec to meet up with the rest of my bball team. TEAM A.Y.C.E.! which is Team All You Can Eat! LMAO. i'm playin in the "asian" league near meadows mall btw.
Later that night was the none other than braddah Hype Beast Killa Ken Santos' 21st BDAY!
I attended with girlfriend and met up with Ken and other FASA/HAWAIIAN club peeps.
With Ken getting more and more drunk, me and nier went downstairs to gamble a lil. Then at the end of the night, bay jay, nier, and i went to terribles for the traditional Jacks.

Sunday 9/23

So Sunday was basically the normal sunday. Church in the morning, lunch at a restaurant, which this sunday was at sushi factory =]. Then home and watched some football games. So how was Sunday fun you ask? well it wasn't until 9pm when me and bay jay went to house of blues and watched COMMON AND N.E.R.D.!!!! It was an awesome-tastic-off-the-wall crazy azz show!
Can't describe it any better. all i can say is, you missed out. hahaha. the security guards were searching for metal objects/weapons etc, so i couldn't bring the cam.

Again, the concert was sick. Hella peeps were able to dance on stage with N.E.R.D. and Common.
N.E.R.D.'s set was amazing performing their mainstream hits along with songs from their latest album, Seeing Sounds. Common's performance was sick too. Probably not as sick as N.E.R.D.'s since i didn't know most of the songs, but the ones i did kno were cool AND he did this super sickk 5 minute freestyle.

So that's my busy and at the same time sickly weekend. A lot in just 3 days. in fact this is already HELLA, so imma stop here. Peace.
